**About this role**

Within the Cardiac Unit is a 24/7 Chest Pain Unit which is staffed overnight with a Cardiac Medical Officer. This unit can accommodate STEMI patients at any time of the day or night with an angiography service that also operates 24/7 with 2 laboratories.

**About you**
- Leading a large, multiskilled clinical team
- Building and maintaining effective relationships with employed, contracted and visiting medical officers and allied health professionals.
- Managing human and financial resources to meet the operational requirements of the ward and the organisation.

Extensive experience in Cardiac Nursing is essential with knowledge and demonstrated experience in cardiology, cardiothoracic nursing, interventional and structural cardiology including TAVIs.
- AHPRA Registration
- Qualifications in Cardiac Nursing
- ALS accreditation
- Recent and extensive acute care experience preferably at management level, in cardiac nursing
- The ability to legally live and work in Australia.
