**Clinic Manager - Telehealth Clinic**

We're a digital Telehealth clinic looking for a new clinic manager for our South Australian office as our patient base expands.

**Hours**:
Monday to Friday. 38 hours per week. No weekends required.

**Salary**:
Competitive remuneration package: starting at $69,000 per annum.

**Location**:
Eastwood, SA

**Key Duties and Responsibilities include**:

- reviewing patient intake forms;
- managing patient intake process;
- creating, updating and maintaining patient health records;
- scheduling and co-ordinating patient appointments;
- answering patients’ queries and ensuring exceptional customer service;
- manage all incoming phone calls for the clinic;
- offer a warm, safe and supportive environment for both staff and patients;
- delivering culturally appropriate and equitable administrative services to patients;
- ensuring confidentiality in all aspects of administrative, reception, and clerical tasks;
- liaising with doctors and pharmacies to deliver quality customer service;
- invoicing patients using payment processing software;
- maintaining an active knowledge of the relevant regulations;
- developing an in-depth knowledge of organisational services and processes;
- maximising the efficiency of all business procedures and processes; and
- monitoring daily operations and addressing potential issues when they arise.

**Experience**:

- Experience using medical and scheduling software (preferred but not required)
- Administrative experience in a health environment is highly desirable;
- Knowledge of legislative requirements in a health care setting (preferred but not required)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills;
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written;
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment;
- Exceptional time management skills and ability to multitask effectively;
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and proactive approach to work.

**Salary**: From $69,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
