**The Opportunity**
Avance is excited to announce that due to continued growth we are looking for a number of new starters to enter Avance Clinical’s CRA Launch Pad - a CRA development program.

If you have experience in clinical trials and have a life science degree this role could be the first step in a long-term career as a CRA (and beyond) at one of Australia’s top CRO’s.

Working within a highly supportive team you will be led on a 6-month journey learning about all aspects of the Clinical Research Associate role as well as the Clinical Trial Associate Role. The program will consist of activities associated with the documentation, evaluation, initiation, monitoring & close out of clinical trials. The CRA Launch Pad will be a combination of self-learning, instructor led sessions, on the job training and mentoring.

After successful completion of the program & sign off, you will join the CRA clinical department and be assigned your own projects.

**_These full time, office based, permanent roles have a Monday 28th April 2025 start date and can be based in Adelaide, Sydney or Melbourne._**

**What you’ll need to succeed**
- Bachelor’s level degree in life sciences, pharmacy, nursing or equivalent field.
- **Minimum** of 12 months exposure working within a Clinical Trials environment.
- Formal ICH GCP training and a well-developed knowledge of ICH GCP Guidelines and other applicable regulatory requirements.
- Effective written and oral communications skills, including the ability to keep clients, senior management and other stakeholders informed of project updates and other pertinent information.
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative in problem solving and in exercising good judgment.
- Awareness of Privacy Legislation as it applies to the Clinical Trial environment (desirable).
