**THE COMPANY**

Lotus People are thrilled to be working with a peak professional association that are specialists in their field and are globally regarded for their work. As a not-for-profit organisation, they are dedicated to providing impeccable service to their 1,800 members. They offer a flexible work environment, including the ability to some days from home and flexible working hours, to support their member and team needs. This position will be based in Adelaide, with flexibility to work from home 1-2 days per week.

**THE ROLE**

The primary purpose of the Clinical Data Manager, is to support the agreed activities of data registry for the organisation. As the Clinical Data Manager, you will be responsible for liaising with and developing relationships with a broad range of stakeholders, so excellent communications is a must for this role. You will prepare and distribute reports and other documentation to the committee and board as required. You will assist and manage the budget, timeframes and reports for key projects, so will need to be highly organised and have impeccable attention to detail. This role has 4 direct reports, and will provide support and mentoring to these members.

**DUTIES**
- Develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships and respond to feedback and queries
- Prepare and distribute reports and other required documentation
- Assist in developing budgets and timeframes for projects
- Provide support and mentoring to 4 Direct reports

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**

Exceptional report writing skills and proficiency in using Microsoft Office is a must for this role. Strong written communication skills are also essential for this role.
