About the role:

- Coach employees to transition from previous document management processes to more streamlined processes within Microsoft 365
- Create and maintain Knowledgebase and other documentation to assist the ongoing adoption and usage
- Perform training needs assessments, design and deliver learning materials and manage all phases of training interventions
- Design and conduct training programs to boost employee Microsoft 365 skills

You will have proven experience designing and delivering training within be a business setting, as well as being able to coach on a 1 on 1 basis. You will be familiar with working in a business partner model and be able to effectively manage business expectations. Just as important is your initiative and enthusiasm for:

- Giving support: you understand people, values individuals and works appropriately in a team environment
- Investigating issues: you develop expertise, adopt a practical approach and provide valuable insights
- Evaluating problems: you examine information thoroughly, documenting facts accordingly and can interpret data
- Creating Innovation: you generate ideas, explore possibilities, and develop strategies.
- Adjusting to Change: you think positively, embrace change and invite feedback.
