Our Fuels & Energy business has an opening for a People & Culture Business Partner to join our Melbourne-based team. The People & Culture Business Partner will collaborate directly with operational leaders across the East Coast to provide HR, ER, and IR support.
This is a **long-term opportunity** for a dedicated Human Resources **Generalist** to **build a lasting career** with an industry leader, offering secure and ongoing work
**About the role**
- Provide timely and accurate **P&C/ER/IR advice to supervisors and managers**:
- **Support**the P&C component of **mobilisations and demobilisations** and ensure P&C deliverables are met
- Support managers on all IR matters including: preparation for and of **negotiation EAs,** providing interpretation and advice on EAs, union matters and disputes
- Support P&C/UGL **systems/ policy & procedure**, as well as assisting with the development of policies and procedures across UGL
- Provide advice to supervisors, managers and employees on a range of P&C issues including **remuneration, and retention initiatives** and **succession planning**;
**About you**
- Tertiary qualifications in **HR / IR**or a related discipline
- Preferably at least**6 years of exposure in a People & Culture position, with a proven HR generalist background, stakeholder management skills, and expertise in industrial relations and organizational capability.
- Ability to work independently, to organise and prioritise demands, to handle multiple complex tasks simultaneously, to set and meet deadlines and to deliver results
- Site and Corporate experience preferred, Engineering, Industrial, Infrastructure or Energy sector exposure would be highly regarded
