**The role**

We have an exciting opportunity for a Finance Business Partner to join our Crown Melbourne Team. This is a diverse role that will be involved in key revenue generating projects across our Melbourne property. Tasked with being a trusted advisor and helping assist the business in achieving financial targets. You will be responsible for;
- Prepare and distribute business unit/department specific financial analysis and management reporting on a timely basis and in accordance with required frequency (i.e., Weekly, Monthly, quarterly etc.)
- Prepare financial analysis to support business case initiatives and track costs and benefits where required.
- Support the manager to prepare and deliver Property and business unit’s annual budget and forecast.
- Develop strong relationships with business unit leaders, provide tailored financial support and understand key business drivers.
- Identify and drive continuous process improvement initiatives including automation of reporting and reduced number of manual reporting.

**About you**

This an exciting opportunity to have genuine commercial impact on the Crown Resorts Property. You will be an experienced financial professional capable of offering key support to a variety of business units across our property. Passionate about unpacking complex business cases and helping the company achieve financial goals, You will also have;
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
- CPA, ACCA or equivalent qualification or working towards.
- experience in related Finance Business Partnering, Commercial Finance or FP&A roles.
- Experience in related fields would be advantageous, hospitality, hotels and property services
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to relay business strategy
- Previous experience partnering with department leads and business unit leads.
