**About us**:
MICM Property is a wholly owned subsidiary of Central Equity Limited and are recognised as the premier Melbourne Real Estate Agents for inner city apartment living. Operating for over 25 years, we offer a full service delivery of sales, leasing, property management, owners’ corporation and insurance

**Duties include**
- Provide efficient support to the business as required to assist in the achievement of People & Culture business strategy
- Manage the on boarding process of new employees in line with organisational and legislative requirements
- Maintain HR Information System (IntelliHR) and effective record management of HR information
- Review and maintain Employee Induction Program for all new staff including room bookings, invitations and catering
- Assist and support in undertaking learning and development activities
- Assist managers and employees with general People & Culture related issues
- Review and upload content on Company Intranet, ensuring all information is updated and relevant
- Organise and promote MICM’s corporate, social and volunteering events throughout the year
- Provide mentoring to the Talent and Engagement Advisor
- Provide assistance with key People & Culture projects and initiatives and other ad hoc duties as required

**What you will need to bring with you**
- A positive and consultative approach to your work
- Working knowledge of National Employment Standards and Modern Award interpretation
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive with demonstrated initiative and problem solving skills
- High level organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office including SharePoint will be advantageous
