About us

Elevate support care is a growing team dedicated to providing NDIS services and ensuring all participants receive the quality care they deserve.

Due to current circumstances, we are now seeking to hire experienced support workers to work with our dynamic, highly experienced teams.

We are looking to add an experienced disability support worker to our team.
we are looking for a Female support worker that has experience working with participants who have a drug and alcohol addiction

Qualifications & experience
- Certificate III Individual Support or any other relevant course.
- Fully Vaccinated with the COVID19- Vaccine
- Minimum of 6 Months Experience as a Support worker or relevant job.
- NDIS workers orientation certificate & Manual Handling
- Current Drivers License
- Police Check ( No Longer than six months)
- Experience in using hoist preferred.
- Mental Health experience (Working with Complex clients)
- Must hold or be willing to attain an NDIS Worker Screening Check

Tasks & responsibilities
- Catheter care and daily suppository administration in combination with high level manual handling.
- FULL assistance with all aspects of self-care including bowel (administration of suppositories) and bladder care regime
- Household activities / Domestic assistance including assistance with meal preparation, basic housework, laundry, and assisting with basic pet care
- Accessing the community for appointments and leisure, running errands and attending social events
- Providing emotional support and friendship

**Salary**: $38.00 - $63.00 per hour

- Ferntree Gully VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Disability Support Worker: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid Certification (preferred)
- Working with Children Check (preferred)
- NDIS Screening Check (required)
- Driver Licence (required)
- Police Check (preferred)
- First Aid (preferred)
- Work With Children Check (preferred)
- National Police Certificate (preferred)
