**About the Role**
We are seeking a reliable and understanding Support Worker to assist a **male participant living with autism and ADHD**in Ferntree Gully. The role involves providing one-on-one support for 4 hours each on Monday and Tuesday. You will assist the participant with daily living activities, **social support**, and **community access** to promote confidence, independence, and meaningful engagement.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support the participant with daily living and personal goals.
- Provide calm, consistent support for behavioural, emotional, and social needs.
- Encourage and assist with community access and participation.
- Offer transport, companionship, and social engagement during activities.
- Maintain clear communication and follow support plans accurately.

**What You Will Need**:

- Experience supporting individuals with **autism, ADHD, or mental health needs**.
- Certificate III or IV in Disability, Individual Support, or equivalent (or working toward).
- NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification.
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
