PACKAGING OPERATOR POSITION

**We are currently looking for a few Skilled Factory Workers for our client's worksite at Mount Kuring-Gai, NSW 2080**

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the packaging process to ensure product quality and integrity.
- Monitor and manage packing equipment and machinery.
- Coordinate with other departments for smooth workflow
- Maintain accurate records of packaged items.
- Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation protocols.
- Perform routine checks and minor maintenance on packing equipment.

**Requirements**:

- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
- Familiarity with safety and sanitation standards
- Willingness to work in varying conditions, including cold and wet environments.

**Shift Details**:After an initial training period on Day shift (6.00am to 3.30pm), this role will move to a permanent afternoon shift of 2.30pm to 12.00pm, Monday to Thursday.

**Salary**: $30.00 per hour

Supplemental pay types:

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mount Kuring-gai, NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Packaging: 1 year (required)
- Production line: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (preferred)
