**About the role**

RACQ Bank is hiring We have a permanent role available for an experienced product professional, to join in a talented team of banking professionals. The Bank Lending Product Specialist will support the Bank’s lending product portfolio including product development, compliance, pricing, lending portfolio strategy and product sustainability. Reporting to the Manager, you will be responsible for driving the ongoing management and development of our lending product suite. You will assist the lending team, and partner with other divisions such as Marketing, Sales, Treasury, Finance and Risk, whilst navigating the ever-changing economic landscape, ensuring products are market-appropriate to achieve and maintain lending growth.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Creating and continuously developing meaningful member solutions across RACQ banks’ lending products
- Supporting the team in identifying, developing and implementing products that are competitive in the market that aligns with the Bank’s strategy
- Assisting the development of product metrics including ROI, impact on business revenue and competitive advantage
- Frequent and meaningful stakeholder management across product teams in RACQ group

**About you**

We are looking for a true product superstar to complement an experienced and hard-working team. Ideally, you will have a financial services background, where product development has been your forte. You will be someone who is motivated to achieve, someone who is a self-starter and an excellent communicator.

Ideally, you will have:

- At least three years of relevant industry experience, or a tertiary degree in Finance, Commerce or similar.
- Excellent analytical, organisation and prioritisation skills.
- Experience in working in cross-functional teams
- A strong ability to read, analyse and communicate written and verbal information.
- Sound knowledge and strong interest in residential lending and retail banking.
