As part of this transformation, we're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Application Support Analyst to join our Technology team.

In this role, you'll provide day-to-day support for our legacy retail applications and assist in the deployment of new Point of Sale (POS) systems across the business. You'll play a key role in maintaining system health, managing incidents, and ensuring our store teams can operate efficiently.

As an Application Support Analyst, you will:

  • Support legacy retail applications and assist with new POS deployments

  • Perform regular health checks to ensure system stability and performance

  • Manage and resolve incidents related to store-level applications

  • Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot issues and escalate when needed

  • Maintain documentation and contribute to continuous improvement of support processes

What you will bring:

  • Experience supporting retail or enterprise applications in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to manage incident queues and prioritise effectively

  • Excellent communication skills, especially when working with non-technical users

  • Experience with SQL or database querying (desirable)

  • Familiarity with POS systems or store operations is a plus
