**Job Description** Elysia Wellness Retreat** located in the heart of the Hunter Valley, is seeking enthusiastic **Casual Guest Service Agents** to join our welcoming team. Be the first point of contact for our guests and help deliver exceptional, wellness-focused experiences.

**About the Role**

As a Guest Service Agent, you’ll provide friendly, professional service at the front desk, assisting with check-ins, check-outs, and guest enquiries. You’ll play a key role in creating memorable experiences in a serene retreat environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism
- Manage check-ins, check-outs, and reservations
- Provide information and assistance to enhance guest experience
- Maintain presentation and organisation of the front desk area
- Support the team in smooth daily operations

**Qualifications** What We’re Looking For**
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service (preferred)
- Strong communication skills and professional presentation
- Positive, friendly, and approachable attitude
- Flexibility to work casual shifts, including weekends and evenings
- Passion for wellness and guest service
