**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
**Summary of the role**:
- 2 x Human Resources Business Partner roles available in our Projects team on 12 month contracts, one maternity leave cover and one brand new role.
- Flexible and hybrid working - A mix of working in the Richmond office, working within the Aged Care sites and working remotely from home
- Dynamic and busy HR project-based role, supporting and partnering with Managers across the Residential Aged Care Division.
- Be part of a supportive and dedicated HR team, in a purpose driven, not for profit organisation.
**ABOUT YOU**:
- You are a trusted advisor with experience in a HR generalist partnership role in a large and complex environment
- Extensive experience managing HR matters related to change management
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure
- A high level of proficiency in both written and verbal communication
- Extensive experience in developing and nurturing productive relationships with key stakeholders.
- Working collaboratively with the Human Resources Business Partners (Projects), GM HR and the wider HR team, this position will advise and assist Residential Aged Care Managers in understanding the industrial relations processes involved in introducing changes to the workplace. The position will play a vital role in the roll-out and implementation of business critical projects aligned to our operational cost optimisation plan.
- You will be a strong communicator with the ability to build robust and effective relationships, and will assist key stakeholders within Residential Aged Care and Home Care to provide quality HR project support and solutions.
