**ABOUT THE ROLE**

**Summary of the role**:This is an exciting opportunity to work within the Mercy Health Home Care team. The Information Technology Business Partner is a critical role responsible for ensuring the coordination of Home Care business systems and technology.
- A highly collaborative role working closely with stakeholders within Mercy Health’s shared services, internal IT department and Regional Managers, ensuring Home Care systems needs are met.
- Full time, ongoing position based at either Mercy Health’s Support Services office located in Hughesdale or Richmond and WFH options.

**ABOUT YOU**:

- Advanced experience with Carelink+ or relevant Home Care Client Management software
- Intermediate SQL & Crystal reporting (or equivalent) capability- Exceptional ability to problem solve, communicate and prioritise effectively. Project Management experience highly regarded- Business partnering and stakeholder management experience
- Current Victorian Driver’s License
- Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology or business system and previous experience within a Community Care environment will be highly regarded
