**About Us**
SolarReviews is currently looking for someone who has initiative and the enthusiasm to join our Finance team as our Bookkeeper and Administration support person. This position will suit a highly efficient administration professional with a flair for organisation and ability to engage confidently with our teams both in Adelaide and in the US. The role is full-time and office hours are negotiable.
**Responsibilities**:
- Categorization, entry and management of transactions including monthly bank and credit card reconciliations, and other miscellaneous bookkeeping tasks.
- Managing employee expense reimbursements.
- Assistance with Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
- Special office projects and other duties as assigned.
- Reporting to the Group Finance team.

**Key requirements**
- Confident in technical abilities such as Excel
- Experience with Xero and QuickBooks is a plus.
- Skilled with data entry, pays attention to detail.
- Strong initiative, comfortable working within an entrepreneurial environment.
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills.
Salary $60,000 per annum
