Job Title: Bookkeeper

Key Responsibilities:

• Processing daily transactions and bank reconciliations
• Managing Accounts payable and accounts receivable processing
• Processing payroll
• Handle invoicing and payments (weekly and monthly)
• Maintain ledgers and monthly financial tracking
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
• Prepare and ensure compliance with BAS and PAYG requirements
• General bookkeeping duties including data entry, maintaining financial records, and preparing financial reports

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role, including payroll and BAS experience.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations
• Proficiency in accounting software, MYBO preferred and MS Office
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work part-time
