**About AGA**:
AGA has more than 30 years’ experience in training people and placing them into employment, with a focus on apprenticeships and traineeships. AGA partners with the MAS National consortium to deliver Apprenticeship Network Provider services in Victoria.

**About the role**:
AGA is currently seeking an motivated individual who is keen to learn and develop administrative skills as a Full time Business Trainee located in **Preston, VIC.**

Our organisation is focused on providing support and mentoring to the successful trainee as well as providing on the job training for 12 months. **The key responsibilities for this role include**:

- General administration duties
- Assist and support internal staff
- Assist in Back of House functions
- Handling payroll and accounts

**Requirements**:
The Trainee should meet the majority of the role selection criteria as follows:

- Competent ability to operate a computer
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrate the ability to organise and prioritise own work
- Respect for confidentiality and privacy of client information and files
- Willing to undertake a Police Check
- Working With Children Check is essential
- Up to date with covid-19 vaccinations
- Must be an Australian citizen/ Permanent Resident
- Valid Driver's licence is essential
- A positive quick learning attitude
- Willing to attend accredited RTO/TAFE training
