**ABOUT THE COMPANY.**

Our Client based in Sydney is looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join the team. You will be expected to demonstrate your strong communication skills and previous experiences as a specialist, consulting and providing advice to a range of stakeholders across the organisation. Your company is an established architectural firm with over 70 years of history in the industry - innovating in a wide range of projects (multi-residential, commercial, mixed-use, educational, heritage and more).

**ABOUT THE POSITION.**

You are encouraged to request your preference between permanent and contractual working arrangements. Your role as a HR Advisor is to provide strategic leadership and advice to the organisation. You will support the HR Manager in all facets of HR within the business and present your ideas to make improvements within the company's processes.

**DUTIES.**
- HR Generalist responsibilities - business partnering, WHS & IR/ER
- Interpretation of employment awards
- Assist in the recruitment of new employees & be involved in on-boarding
- Schedule interviews, meetings, HR events & more
- Maintaining personnel-related data (contracts, payroll, leave & more)

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.**
- Tertiary qualifications in HRM or relevant
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in relevant role
- Previous experience working for an architectural firm (preferred but not required)
- Ability to work within a team environment but also autonomously
