**The Role**
- dedicated personal assistant working efficiently to assist a sales representative
- Administration of sales, processing of papers and contracts
- Monitoring appointment schedules
- Sending and receiving mail
- Marketing and social media campaigns planning
- Greeting customers, answering phones, and arranging follow-up calls.
- Introducing listing materials and publishing real estate listings
- Carrying out additional tasks as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Real estate experience desired, but not essential
- Valid driver’s license
- Excellent administrative abilities and attention to detail
- Extremely organised
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication abilities
- Warm and assured manner
- The capacity to contribute to a culture of positive teamwork

**Job Type**: Part-time

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Licence/Certification:

- Full Driver Licence (preferred)
