Whether you're experienced in the Education or childcare sector, have done some babysitting, this is the first time you're thinking about working with children, or anything in between, THIS is the role for you
About the role
Assist in leading a team of Educators, you will manage a service at a primary school in the hours before and after school for children aged 5-12 years. You'll have the support of a state specific office, plus regional managers who regularly visit and mentor you at your service.

Develop and facilitate an engaging child-centered program full of exciting experiences such as STEM, sport, cooking, art, and craft - whatever you and the children are into
Foster healthy relationships with children, the school, community, and parents.
Lead a team of Educators onsite, including roster management
Manage the day-to-day operations of your service including compliance and administration
You will be placed at our Rostrata OSHClub, that is licensed to hold 80 children. This position offers 30 hours per week, with working hours being 7:00AM - 9:00AM in 'Rise then shine' and 2:00PM - 6:00PM in 'Stay and play'.

Who are we looking for?
We can teach you about the job and sector, but a few basics you need to have:
Enjoy working with kids.
Strong and clear communication.
Team player with a desire to become a service leader.
Hold or willing to obtain a national police check (we'll pay for it) and a state check for working with children.
Australian work rights.

**DESIRABLE**: Cert III (CHC30121) or Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care, Cert III (CHC30221) or IV Education Support, Cert III (10983NAT) or IV Outside School Hours Care or Degree or diploma in education, recreation, sport science, leisure studies, social and behavioural science, or nursing.
