Our client is Australia's leading Distributor and largest wholesale, importer and manufacturing supplier or Quality irrigation equipment for both Commercial and Domestic home watering system, are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable to join their busy team in Perth.

- **How you will contribute**_
- We are currently seeking a highly motivated Accounts Receivable Officer to join HR Products at our Canning Vale site on a full-time basis. Reporting to the Accountant, you will be responsible for supporting the service delivery and business of HR Products through effective implementation of a range of activities, including customer service, finance and administration._
- _Checking and posting settlement discounts against customer accounts_
- _PPSR Reconciliation + Expiring Registration/New Registration_
- _Processing credit notes, payments, and reconciling debtor accounts and managing customer credit status (placing customers on/off credit hold)_
- _Uploading and tracking claims using CRM Software (Phocas)_
- _Providing exceptional customer service, liaising & maintaining strong relationships with customers_
- **About you**_
- _Experience in accounts processing using QAD, SAP or other major ERP’s_
- _Proven experience in delivering outstanding customer service_
- _Strong office administration and time management skills_
- _Self-motivated with the ability to work under mínimal supervision_
- _Solid communication and presentations skills and has the ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels._

**Salary**: $32.00 - $34.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
