What you'll bring
· Minimum of 5+ years industry experience
· Strong communication, stakeholder management skills and ability to build client relationships for successful outcomes
· Strong administration skills in construction
· Commitment to our business goals and growth
· Manual driver's license with no restrictions
· Ability to provide a current Police Clearance
· Tech savvy – Microsoft Office365, Excel and Procore Construction Management Procore (or similar)
Role Description
· Manage all costs and contractual matters.
· Ensure project costs, revenue claims, and supplier agreements are administered.
· Prepare and maintain contract-related paperwork.
· Address and resolve inquiries and issues that arise concerning contracts, projects and services provided.
· Negotiate subcontract packages and administer these packages.
· Initiate, review, and analyse contracts to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
