We are looking for an experienced Area Manager to join our Bonds retail network in Victoria. This role will be based in our BONDS retail stores across Melbourne and Victoria (Western Suburbs) and will report directly to the State Manager. You will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of 14 stores - 4 Outlet stores & 10 full priced stores

As an Area Manager you are passionate about nurturing and developing your team to bring the best out of them. More importantly you are a Manager with a strong presence on the shop floor leading by example and coaching and mentoring your team This combined with your strong people mangement skills will see you elevating goals to deliver solid results and outcomes. **Key responsibilities**:

- Driving sales and profitability of all agreed Key Performance Indicators through regular review and action planning;
- Providing feedback regarding promotions, product ranges, stock levels and deliveries to ensure optimum sales results and stock turns are achieved;
- Leading management of development plans and performance management across your retail business;
- Drive superior customer service through sales and product training programs;
- Maintaining a high standard of stock management and back of house operations

What experience must I have?
- Are an experienced Area Manager (more than 2 years experience) with demonstrated success in achieving results and targets
- Proven success with managing, leading and developing Retail Managers and teams
- Ability to work autonomously whilst ensuring effective communication with cross-functional stakeholders;
- The ability to drive a retail business through monitoring financial reports and actioning changes accordingly to increase sales;
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills;
- Effective and clear communication skills that foster collaboration;
- Availability to travel across various suburbs and occasional interstate travel as required
