We are seeking a passionate, full-time Allied Health Assistant to join our vibrant Moonee Ponds and Pascoe Vale teams and assist our clinicians to make a difference in the lives of others.

**Our Moonee Ponds/Pascoe Vale office and team**:

- **Moonee Ponds**:Friday arvo work drinks from the balcony of our beautiful Victorian-style building. A 500 metre walk to Puckle Street's famed ‘Luke’s Vietnamese’ for the best Banh Mi you’ll ever have.
- **Pascoe Vale**:A 5-minute walk from Back Alley Bakes where you will find the best sandwiches and baked goods in Victoria Next door to The Cookie Dough Co for those with a sweet tooth. Also, a tight-knit team that attends gigs together and has recently started a running club

**About your New Role**:

- Full-time role (5 days a week)
- **Work across two sites: 3 days at Moonee Ponds and 2 days at Pascoe Vale, with regular travel required.**:

- Assisting the multidisciplinary team with preparing and coordinating assessments, including preparing any documentation
- Monitoring changes in clients and reporting these changes to the relevant clinician
- Preparing clinic room for assessments including organising appropriate equipment and ensuring assessments are available
- Conducting risk assessments on behalf of clinicians
- Maintaining cleanliness of common areas
- Managing correspondence relating to initial assessments, media consent forms, service agreements and other forms as required
- Undertaking other ad hoc duties as needed

**About You**:

- You are able to commit to Full-time work
- You have your own car and a valid drivers’ licence
- Police Check
- Working with Children Check
- NDIS Check
