Our Op Shops team are responsible for bringing their creative flair in achieving visually dynamic and contemporary Op Shops. **What’s on offer**:
In addition to receiving a salary of **$54,656** and superannuation, you’ll also receive **17.5% leave loading** and an ability to **increase your take-home pay** by accessing up to $15,900 in salary packaging benefits.

You will also receive a **25% discount** at all Uniting Op Shops and have access to up to** 10 weeks of paid parental leave.**

**About you**:
You have a passion for fashion, charity retail or the creative, with demonstrated experience in managing retail stores. Knowledge of brands and fashion trends and ability to develop, mentor and motivate a dynamic team of employees and volunteers.
