- Commencing Salary from $111,158 + 11.5% Superannuation

**About the Position**:
The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate their competency for the position by meeting the following essential criteria:

- Qualifications in building operations and maintenance, infrastructure and project management and/or extensive relevant experience.
- Demonstrated experience in all aspects of contract and contractor management.
- Experience in the development and implementation of works programs to ensure assets are managed to a high standard whilst meeting legislative requirements.
- Demonstrated experience to effectively manage concurrent projects, competing priorities and duties associated with the role
