Hanson Australia is a leading supplier of heavy building materials to the construction industry through our network of over 300 quarry, ready-mixed concrete, logistics and support operations. We are currently seeking n experienced **Front End Loader Operator **to join our team at the **Picton Concrete Plant.** We are looking for operators who are passionate about safety, results focused, reliable and have a strong work ethic. This is a 6 month fixed term contract, with full time hours, overtime and weekend work according to business needs.

**In your new role with us, you will**:

- Undertake the role of operating a Front End Loader
- Perform general labour activities

**This role is a great fit for you if you**:

- Have a current Loader ticket (essential to be considered for this role)
- Are professional, self-motivated and take pride in your work
- Have a mechanical mind-set, with high attention to detail in work output
- Are a team player and hold a high regard for safety policies and procedures
- Enjoy contributing to a productive team environment to achieve results
- A HR licence will be highly regarded but not essential
