**Your new company**

Your new organisation is a well known accounting firm based in CBD, Sydney. They are looking for an all-rounder Admin Assistant to support their General Manager and the team across a variety of areas including reception, invoicing, event management and general office support.

**Your new role**

In your new role you'll be responsible for
- Answering incoming calls and greet visitors to the office
- Managing any incoming and outgoing mail (scanning incoming correspondence, preparing letters, mailing out letters etc.)
- Managing office supplies and ordering stationery and staff amenities when required
- Managing meeting rooms (set up; cleaning and attending to clients)
- Preparing daily reports and disbursements, and uploading invoices to Xero and maintenance of client information
- Supporting on general ATO admin tasks
- Calendar management
- Event management (sourcing and booking venues, ordering catering, booking travel and accommodation)

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Admin experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience using Xero, Xero Practice Manager and performing general ATO admin tasks
- Strong MS Office skills
- Strong data entry and data analysis skills
- Attention to detail
