**Your new company**
Your new organisation is a well-established accounting and advisory firm which has been in business since last 20-25 years. They have workforce of around 90 dedicated employees in their Sydney office and this number is only going to go up as they have plans of expansion. They have presence across Australia and provide full range of business services to their clients. Their beautiful head office is located in heart of CBD, Sydney. The organisation takes pride in its inclusive, diverse and employee friendly culture.
**Your new role**
- Proactive Diary management
- Administrative support to managers and their teams
- Domestic travel bookings and meeting requests
- Monthly billings
- Company, Trust & Superfund setups
- Preparing ASIC Annual Statements
- Responsible for client ATO correspondence
- Coordinating presentations for external client meetings
- General administration duties and ad hoc tasks
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Experience in working as an Admin/ Team Admin or Personal Assistant in professional services firm
- Extensive diary management skills
- Ability to prioritise and manage competing deadlines
- Experience using ATO Portal, ASIC, & Xero
- High degree of confidentiality
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- MS Office knowledge
