**The Opportunity**:
We’re on the lookout for an ambitious and dynamic **Sales Representative** to join our team in Brisbane, QLD. Your primary role will be to hunt for new customers and secure ad hoc and contractual work. You’ll be the driving force behind our customer acquisition strategy, helping us expand our reach and grow our business.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Actively seek out new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients in the transport and logistics industry.
- Develop and implement strategies to acquire ad hoc and long-term contractual customers.
- Conduct client visits, presentations, and negotiations to secure deals.
- Manage the sales pipeline and provide regular updates to management.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster repeat business.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the trucking or logistics industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities.
- **You must currently reside in Brisbane and have a thorough understanding of the local market.**:

- Knowledge of the Australian transport and logistics market is an advantage.

**What We Offer**:

- **Location**: Brisbane-based role with local travel required.
- **Working Days**: Monday to Friday
- **Average Pay**: Competitive base salary ($60,000 - $75,000 per year) plus attractive commission based on performance.

- 10 hour shift

Supplementary Pay:

**Experience**:

- Working towards sales targets and KPIs: 4 years (preferred)
- Sales: 5 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
