The position:
We seek an up-and-coming Sales Representative to join our Queensland team in a full-time field sales role based in Brisbane.

Reporting to the State Sales Manager, you will develop business for our best-in-class air filters. Using your relationship development capabilities, you will bring in new business and re-activate dormant clients. A measure of your success will be in selling our filters to replace our competitors' products within HVAC systems in commercial buildings. You will also manage negotiations with prospective and existing customers, identifying customer needs, and developing and implementing effective solutions to meet those needs.

Key position criteria:

  • HUNGER TO SUCCEED AND GROW IN SALES
  • Recent experience as a field sales representative
  • Exposure to or understanding of HVAC systems
  • Ability to plan your sales approach and build a pipeline
  • Client relationship management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written presentation, analytical and numerical skills
  • Successful experience working independently and remotely
  • Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
  • Prioritising, time management and organisational skills
  • Australian residency.

  • Revive dormant accounts
  • Increase sales for existing accounts
  • Identification of new business opportunities
  • Planned sales approach and pipeline building
  • Proactively manage and follow up all leads
  • Continually look for ways to develop new business
  • Develop and maintain a high level of market presence and credibility.
