Exciting testing project work within the Gold Coast

**Your new role**

The responsibilities of this role include:

- Test Lead / Support test lead with all test related activities
- Develop test plans, test cases and other test related documentation (as appropriate)
- Monitor test execution and defect resolution through the testing phases in alignment with the various project timelines
- Attend daily team meeting with project team resources
- Facilitate / attend defect triage meetings with project team resources
- Lodge and maintain defect records
- Accessing and updating test records in ServiceNow as required
- Assist co-ordination of test resources against the agreed schedule

**What you'll need to succeed**

Mandatory requirements:

- Tertiary qualification in Information Technology/Management, Computing or ISTQB Testing Foundation; or experience in a test analyst role in a large multi-supplier site (minimum 5 years’ experience).
- Experience in Agile and Waterfall frameworks.

- Experience and ability to deliver high quality services to customers and to understand and react responsively to customer expectations.
- Ability to communicate clear explanations regarding information technology related problems.
- Self-motivated, proactive and able to motivate staff and influence others in a desired direction to achieve positive outcomes.
- Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, written and oral communication skills including the ability to influence other and work collaboratively with people to suggest solutions.
- Flexible and adaptable to different organisational cultures and new ideas. A commitment to developing and achieving individual and group performance objectives must be demonstrated at all times.

Technical capabilities:

- Demonstrated experience with using test tools like HP Quality Center or ServiceNow Test Management.
- Experience in ITIL processes and tools.
