We're seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Talent and Onboarding Specialist to join our dynamic team. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring that our company's new hires have a seamless and exceptional onboarding experience from day one. You'll be responsible for coordinating, aligning and implementing our onboarding processes in our Bengaluru office, alongside our global onboarding team and contributing to our global Talent Operations team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, deliver and maintain a comprehensive onboarding program that aligns with the company's values, culture, and objectives, and is consistent with our global approach.
- Collaborate with a variety of stakeholders to create process documents and onboarding materials including welcome kits, new starter communications, and handbooks.
- Conduct orientation sessions to introduce new hires to the company's mission, vision, policies, benefits and procedures.
- Serve as a point of contact for new employees, addressing their questions and concerns throughout the onboarding process.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the onboarding program, gathering feedback and making improvements as needed.
- Partner with Talent recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a smooth transition for new hires from the beginning of their recruitment experience into their roles and teams.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Proven experience in talent acquisition environments, program management, events or onboarding, plus experience and demonstrated interest in operations and/or administration.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- A people-centric mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
- Strong cognitive skills, ability to work with ambiguity and to think “big-picture”.
