**About the role**
To support our success we are currently seeking an **Onboarding & Training Specialist** to join the Member Experience team in our **Sydney** location.
The Onboarding and Training Specialist is responsible for supporting the Adviser Growth Team by developing, maintaining and leading the end to end sales process, successfully onboard unregistered advisers, and lead advisers’ training activities.
The Onboarding and Training Specialist will utilise their knowledge of Australian Retirement Trust's products and supporting services to articulate the value of the proposition to external Financial Advisers. This will be achieved through phone-based activities and by liaising with internal stakeholders to deliver presentations to external Financial Advisers. This also includes data management and reporting on Advisers, Dealers & campaigns.
The role will grow Australian Retirement Trust's share of support in the external Financial Advisers market through sales and retention of Australian Retirement Trust's accumulation and pension funds under management. High external Financial Adviser and industry engagement will generate significant new business opportunities.
**This role is available as a full-time permanent opportunity.**
**About you**

- Superannuation experience and knowledge of the associated legislation that operates within the superannuation environment.
- Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects, clients and third parties.
- Demonstrated commitment to a ‘customer first’ approach and an ability to take ownership and serve customer requirements.
- A consultative approach and the ability to communicate with business owners and senior stakeholders.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Working knowledge of superannuation, insurance, investment, and other business to business/ consumer sales.
