**The Opportunity**:
South Australia’s energy landscape is transforming through the unprecedented growth of renewable energy. We’re continually evolving to ensure the electricity transmission network provides secure, reliable and stable power and we’re looking for professionals who are passionate about the energy sector to help us continue to achieve these goals.

In this role you’ll:

- Work with a range of professionals to develop, support and improve ElectraNet's Asset Management System, focusing on project and engineering delivery methodology.
- Design, deliver and monitor comprehensive training program for the Asset Management System and ensure continuous improvement.
- Contribute to strategic initiatives and lead change management processes successfully, participating in Technical Forums to promote education and reduce non-compliance/risk.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders as a trusted advisor to ensure best for customer outcomes and alignment across the business.
- Serve as a partner and trusted advisor to the Operations Leadership team; in particular in relation to the management of related enterprise risks.

**About You**:
Your Electrical Engineering/ Project Management qualifications are accompanied by a desire to foster engagement and collaboration, and strong analytical, investigative problem-solving skills.

You are excited by the idea of working in an industry and region with the highest penetration of wind and solar renewable energy in Australia and possess:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Project Management or related discipline
- As a guide, minimum 7 years’ experience in a Discipline related role
- Significant experience of project/programme management in engineering projects
- Sound knowledge of Risk Management, Project Management and Systems Engineering principles
- Stakeholder management expertise coupled with sound communication and negotiation skills
