Our Social Infrastructure and Citizen Services team has an opportunity for a** **contemporary** Asset Manager** to drive the strategic asset management and compliance program for this SA Schools Public Private Partnerships (PPP) located in Adelaide, South Australia (SA). You will be responsible for the delivery of the strategic asset management program across 6 public schools in SA that are operated under a PPP model. Reporting to the Contract Manager you will be accountable for driving results through strong partnerships, collaborative leadership, and alignment with business priorities.

This role is based in Downer’s Adelaide office and it requires frequent travel throughout SA to the schools within the portfolio.

**About you**

You are a contemporary, collaborative, solutions oriented, and outcomes driven professional, with a track record of successfully navigating complexity and driving performance and transformation. You will also have;
- Demonstrated experience of delivering performance for complex service organisations or contracts.
- A proven ability to build strong lasting stakeholder relationships.
- Experience in delivering results and innovative solutions in large complex organisations.
- Proven ability to successfully manage multiple projects.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, flexible and versatile.
- Exposure to commercial negotiations within a complex environment.
- Tertiary education or extensive experience in a related field (Building Services, Facility Management Engineering or Asset Management at tertiary (desirable) level).
