Our client who are a Leader in the field of Integrated Electronic Security & CCTV systems are looking for a
**Security Systems Application Support** person to work within their team.

Your role will involve working with the project team and internal /external stakeholders with
- Security system design
- Implementation and support with various software packages
- Provide remote and on-site assistance with programming and commissioning activities.
- Provide remote support to customers through Help desk ticketing systems
- Develop and deploy systems architecture documentation

**Requirements**:

- You will come from a background in - ICT, Applications Support, Help Desk or network systems field
- A strong customer focus
- Competent with fault finding and commissioning
- Ability to providing training and support to end users
- Proven experience across Cisco, Dell, Stratus technologies and Virtual environments

This is a full time, permanent opportunity based in Perth, WA
