**The Role**:
You are an experienced** Industrial Applicator **with experience in concrete coatings. In this role, you will work in the Structures divison, assisting the Project team to achieve project time and budget objectives to the satisfaction of all stakeholders. You bring energy and experience but also new ideas, innovation and a mindset of continuous improvement. As an experienced Industrial Painter this role is site based with hands-on work expected, you will have the opportunity to up-skill, train and mentor other workers. You can also understand and can manage construction programs and project safety whilst mitigating risk and ensuring quality standards and specifications are met.

**What You Need**:

- ** **Minimum 5 years in concrete remediation/coatings industry
- Knowledge and understanding of surface preparation requirements and methods
- Experience in crack injection (not necessary but preferred)
- Experience in QA requirements relevant to pre
- Have a hands-on approach and ability to mentor other staff
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and people management skills
- Energy, drive and attention to detail
- A willingness to work away from home, when required
