About Us

Andrews is a leading Gold Coast property developer known for delivering award-winning, design-led residential and mixed-use projects. With a strong pipeline of luxury developments underway, we are seeking a full-time Company Accountant / Accounts Officer to join our collaborative team.

The Role

Reporting to the General Manager, you will manage the day-to-day accounts payable and receivable functions while also supporting broader accounting responsibilities. This is a hands-on role with scope to step into higher-level reporting and compliance tasks as the business grows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up supplier accounts, process invoices and manage payments
  • Perform monthly supplier statement reconciliations
  • Assist construction team with regular project costing updates
  • Manage accounts receivable, customer invoicing, and account set-up
  • Prepare BAS, PAYG, and support compliance requirements
  • Complete general ledger reconciliations, journals, and reporting
  • Ensure accuracy across financial data and work closely with the wider team

About You

  • Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, ideally within construction or property
  • Confident with accounting systems (Xero, JobPac, Excel or similar)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work across teams
  • Some experience with BAS, reporting, and reconciliations preferred
