**Accounts Officer
**Key Responsibilities of this role include (but are not limited to)**:

- Preparation of Fee Statements
- Process Receipts
- Follow up of accounts and responding to all queries in a timely manner
- Effectively maintain the Debtors Ledger including managing payment arrangements
- Bank reconciliations (multiple accounts)
- Maintain and reconcile clearing accounts
- Backup to Accounts Payable Officer

**The successful applicant will need to demonstrate the following**:

- Experience in a similar role desirable
- Well-developed communication and time management skills
- Ability to work autonomously and to prioritise work
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- A sound understanding of accounting procedures
- Microsoft Office and Excel skills
- Ability to work in a team environment Previous experience using TASS in a school or college environment is highly regarded
