**THE OPPORTUNITIES AVAILABLE**:
As the event function at LK Hospitality is growing, we are on the hunt for key leadership team members - Event Manager & Event Supervisor

The
**Event Manager **will be responsible for leading small, medium, and large-scale events in multiple spaces throughout the venue. With exceptional knowledge of high-quality service as well as health and safety provisions, the Event Manager will be
**a hands-on role where floor service and interaction with clients is paramount**.

**Key Responsibilities -**
**Event Manager**
- Leading the events Food & Beverage team
- Strong attention to the event area, overseeing the floor, bar and overall ambience
- Maintain a consistently elevated standard of events
- Hands on leadership and direction
- Management, training & development of the events team
- Roster management
- Briefing and debriefing the events team, including performance management
- Work closely with the Events Planner in the lead up to events
- Develop and maintain strong and trusting relationships with key stakeholders and department heads
- Understands client's needs and facilitate their requests to ensure their expectations are exceeded

The
**Event Supervisor **will be responsible for assisting the Event Manager across small, medium, and large-scale events in multiple spaces throughout the venue. These are full-time roles that requires flexibility and weekend work, with a mixture of both day and night shifts.

- Acting as the go-to support for the Events Manager, leading the events Food & Beverage team by example
- Maintain a consistently elevated standard of events
- Provide leadership and direction to the floor team from training and development to service.
- Management, training & development of the events team
- Provide excellent customer service to each guest, ensuring their experience exceeds their expectations.

**THE KEY SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES WE’RE LOOKING FOR**:

- Experience in managing or supervising high-calibre functions, events or similar venues.
- Hospitality FOH and floor experience essential
- Ability to enthuse and empower all staff on your team.
- Ability to adapt to the changing event environment.
- Exceptional communication and leaderships skills
- Outstanding pressure management mindset
