In this role you will support the Front Office Manager with the daily operations within the hotel to ensure a worldclass experience for our guests. You will continue to support and mentor the front office team to drive career growth and a positive work experience. With excellent communication skills and meticulous grooming, you will be a confident individual with a clear understanding of what it means to deliver a truly unique guest experience.

**What are we looking for?**
- Previous management experience within a busy hotel environment
- Knowledge of Opera Cloud property management system
- Previous experience with drafting and reviewing SOPs
- Proficiency in on-the-job training
- Ability to work independently and act on guest requests appropriately
- Flexibility to work across a 24/7 roster including weekends (Sunday and Monday availability essential)
- Experience building positive working relationships between departments and within the team
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
