**Front Office Manager**
**Full Time Salary**
**Sea World Resort, Main Beach Gold Coast**

**About the role**:
As Front Office Manager at Sea World Resort, you will ensure optimum guest service
standards are met whilst managing staffing levels in Front Office, Concierge and
Kids Zone.

**Duties**:

- Supervise, coordinate and ensure the smooth operation of Front Office,

Switchboard, Concierge and Kids Club
- Develop and implement effective guest complaint management procedures
- Ensure effective interaction and communication with all applicable

departments
- Develop proposals for any capital expenditure outlining costs and benefits to

Sea World Resort
- Manage and coordinate the Front Office Team including resource planning, recruitment and performance reviews
- Adhere to given budget, report on expenditures and submit end of month

reports and analysis
- Maintain data integrity of group and FIT bookings and requests

**Skills and Experience**:

- Previous experience as a Front Office Manager within a busy hotel

environment essential
- Opera PMS experience essential
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Advanced First Aid and Advanced Resuscitation certificate essential
