About the Role
Maintain knowledge and act as an expert consultant in the area of patient records management, both within Logan and Beaudesert Hospitals and to external agencies.
Co-ordinate and manage a team of staff to ensure day-to-day tasks are achieved within established timeframes and standards, including scanning and medical record management functions.
Maintain a high level of technical expertise in information systems including ieMR, KOFAX, ERIC, and HBCIS and escalate technical issues for resolution in accordance with protocols, identifying and initiating changes accordingly.
Manage individual and departmental workloads in order to meet scheduled commitments.
