Medical Records Scanning Officer

About the Role
Work effectively and efficiently as a team member in a changing, high pressured environment with mínimal supervision.
Prioritise, receipt and track patient medical records for all clinical and business units across the hospital campus (including paper and electronic medical records).
Undertake activities relating to the preparation, scanning, quality control, validation and audit of electronic medical records.
Prioritise workload effectively and perform duties responsibly in the absence of supervision.
Plan, prioritise and manage own time to produce results within designated timeframes.
The confidential preparation and transportation of patient medical records to clinical and non-clinical areas upon request.
Monitor and track incoming and outgoing patient medical records and prioritising medical record flow.
