Key Responsibilities

The SCAN System Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the effective functioning of teams within the system.

Key duties and responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate the SCAN Assessment and Management Team to facilitate case management and referral processes.
  • Provide a multi-agency forum for case management in remote and Indigenous communities.
  • Offer advice, consultancy, and support to the SCAN AM team and Community Implementation Team convenors.
  • Advise SCAN AM Team members on written material preparation and maintain record systems in accordance with statutory requirements.
  • Contribute to training programs on SCAN System operations and practice standards, operational guidelines, and review of system functionality.
  • Enhance regional community service delivery by promoting excellence and identifying opportunities for improvement.

Job Requirements
