About the Role
- The Medical Record Scanning Unit Team leader will be responsible for the management of the centralised scanning unit to ensure accurate and timely scanning of the medical record.
- Supervise, manage and monitor the department processes and scanning team.
- Daily monitoring against KPI's for fast track and priority scanning.
- Report / liaise with business units regarding any prepping issues identified that impact on the scanning unit.
