**About Bayside Aged Care**

Situated across from the local Mordialloc Village Shopping Precinct and 500 meters from the beach and Port Phillip Bay, our residents have access to all the conveniences and recreational activities. Our Home offers all levels of permanent, respite and palliative care whilst encouraging independence and lifestyle choices that suit the needs of every individual.

Bayside is also recognised for its expertise in caring for people living with and are specialists in Dementia care.

Reporting to the Care Manager, you will be responsible for providing high quality clinical care to the elderly in line with aged care and Allity standards whilst working within a multidisciplinary team.

**About the Opportunity**

**About You**

The successful applicant must demonstrate:

- Recent experience in an Administration role (aged care or healthcare desirable)
- Strong background in rostering
- KRONOS payroll system expertise (essential)
- Strong technology skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- A caring and kind manner and be comfortable interacting with residents and their families
- The ability to utilise multiple systems effectively
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times
- Current COVID vaccination evidence (including booster dose)
